Queer Yoga: Pre-order your copy of the book now!

This is your chance to tap into queer community, wherever you are, through movement, meditation, and more.

Queer Yoga lands April 2026! You can pre-order your copy via the publisher’s site at Llewellyn Worldwide here. It’s also available for pre-order via Amazon.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi. These practices are about so much more than physical poses. It’s about coming home to your queer self.

There are 12 chapters, taking you month by month through the LGBTQIA+ calendar.

Each chapter includes:

  • accessible sequences for both mat and chair poses
  • meditations / visualisations using queer themes
  • journal prompts
  • rituals to take yoga off the mat and into your life
  • explorations of yoga philosophy through a queer lens
  • tips for safely developing your own home practice

This book is a culmination of experiences from my own practices as a trans, non-binary, queer yogi, as well as teaching yoga to LGBTQIA+ groups around the North East of England.

What a dream and a privilege to gather the wisdom from the queer yoga community in book form. I’m particularly grateful to disabled queer folx who attended our sessions, and helped inform my understanding of accessible yoga.

It’s wonderful to have the support of Llewellyn Worldwide, who have a proven track record of publishing LGBTQIA+ writers.

Please do buy direct from their website if possible!

Massive thanks to Jessamyn Stanley for writing the foreword. Her teachings have influenced me both personally and professionally through her books Every Body Yoga, and Yoke. I’m a proud member of Jessamyn’s LGBTQIA+ friendly online yoga studio called The Underbelly – check it out!

I’m also grateful to Jivana Heyman and Rodrigo Souza at the Accessible Yoga School, whose teachings have shaped my understanding of accessible yoga.

I’m so excited to hear how the practices in the book land within your own context, and to continue on this learning journey with everyone interested in accessible and inclusive yoga!
