• Enquiries from potential customers are held for up to a year – including message, name and email address, whether received via this website or by email.
• Mailing list via WordPress is populated by people registering on the website, by opting in via the ‘subscribe’ form. This is governed by the WordPress subscriber processes.
• Email communication is retained for up to two years.
• Health and registration information for Queer Yoga classes are completed via Google Forms and are used for class management. This information includes health information, name, and email address. These forms are stored on Google Drive for at least seven years for insurance purposes.
• Payment data is received by Eventbrite, using Eventbrite Payment Processing (its own service) or Paypal according to banking regulations.
• Website cookies are set automatically by our software. We do not knowingly access these or pass to third parties.
• Except where required by law, we do not share data with third parties or sell contact lists.
