The tagline is ‘Embracing the power of YOU’ and reading this book feels like getting a big hug from author Ben Pechey. Topics range from mental health and self-expression, to understanding your past and allyship privilege. This is a useful read for allies as well as people who identify as non-binary.

The Trans Guide to Mental Health and Well-being
The author Katy Lees is a non-binary person-centred therapist and writer who runs their own private psychotherapy practice. The book includes practical advice and strategies as well as drawing on lived experiences.

The Queer Mental Health Workbook
Dr Brendan J Dunlop offers lots of practical worksheets in this book, exploring topics such as anxiety, low self-esteem, shame, trauma, substance misuse, and sleep issues.

The Queer & Transgender Resilience Workbook
This workbook by Anneliese Singh guides the reader through a range of journal prompts with space to make notes in the book. Topics include ‘knowing your self-worth’, ‘standing up for yourself’, and ‘affirming and enjoying your body’.
